Fu Lou

Fu Lou

300 Yong Hua Road Sec.1, Tainan, Taiwan
06-2957777

The food here is amazing, while the staff is more than welcoming, the atmosphere quite local- albeit in a VIP kind of way. Truly good value for money.  If you prefer privacy, you may choose to Dine in a private room. The banquet is fantastic and all the dishes are varied and tasty. A great night with Taiwanese food accompanied by Taiwan beer in mango and pineapple flavours may become your brand new dining experience. Besides, Menu in English version is available. For the safety, it's better to make a reservation first because it gets packed on weekends.

Recommended dishes:
Shrimp tempura roll, deep fried shrimp coated with thin dough, crisp outside and still moisture inside
the Three Cup Tofu, three cups mean three sauces-- soy, sesame oil and rice whisky.
Fresh whole fish, which can be picked from the tank, so it's alive before...
seafood/sashimi; freshness says everything.
the kung-pao chicken, spicy and heavy
fried squid ,which is delicious, tender and juicy
sweet patatoes, a very interesting and different dessert
